The very spacious ship Radboud invites you to attend a luxurious sailing cruise. The 55m long three mast clipper Radboud is one of the largest and most luxurious ships in the Dutch sailing fleet. There’s sleeping accommodations for 48 guests in 18 comfortable huts with each their own shower and toilet. There’s a fixed price for weekends and week tours during which the entirety of the ship will be available to you, but smaller groups can save on midweek prices by choosing their comfort level according to the size of their group. If you so choose, a part of the cabins can be available during a midweek rather than all of them and the ship’s rental price will change accordingly. If your group turns out to need more space after all, you could simply book extra cabins.
Up to 60 passengers can enjoy this ‘space wonder at sea’ during daytrips. Two saloons offer guests plenty of opportunity to be entertained.
Chris and Grete take pride in owning the Radboud since June of 2018. They’re a young, married entrepreneur couple with 2 little daughters and have built up a vast array of experience with their first ship, the Clipper Welvaart, that has been theirs since 2010. Sailing and professionally hosting guests has therefore been part of their skillset for quite some time. The take-over of the Radboud is an expansion of their company. Despite its size, the Radboud allows its guests to sail actively or relax during a sailing trip. Some of the guests can help rig this large sailing ship into its full glory, offering the guests variety in the way they enjoy a trip on board. Families, groups of friends and company outings are all welcome aboard. The big, separately situated board kitchen is suitable for self-catering or for the use of a professional ships cook to spoil you with perfect catering. The three mast clipper Radboud and the Prins family welcome you aboard!
