Skipper and owner Henk ten Broek welcomes you on board this elegant two-masted clipper. The vessel was built in 1896 in the province of the same name, Zuid-Holland, and after many wanderings she is now completely at home sailing the Friesian coast.
The vessel was built in 1896 in the province of the same name, Zuid-Holland. Sailing amongst the birds, fish and the seals, the Zuid-Holland is completely in her element on the Wadden Sea. Discover the boundless beauty of this exquisite area of natural beauty and enjoy the constant ebb and flow of the tides. Skipper Henk ten Broek's years of experience mean that he has accumulated a great deal of knowledge about the ecology and will be pleased to take you on a voyage of discovery. Of course, drying out on a sandbank has to be one of the experiences, followed by a night in a beautiful anchorage. And if you don't want to miss any of the magnificent starry nights then you can of course sleep on deck if you want to and be woken up by the rising sun and the call of the birds.
